Sam & co were super easy and friendly to work with - and flexible with my changing ideas and issues discovered on the way; plus providing creative solutions and ideas (eg how best to fit the loo in under the stairs). I also had to go away for a few weeks during the works and had no concerns leaving my house under his supervision so to speak.
